Booky by KMP (“Booky”) is a Website as a Service (WaaS) platform developed and operated by Kingsley Media Productions, an Irish business (“KMP”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Definitions

• Booky – the managed website subscription platform operated by Kingsley Media Productions (“KMP”).
• Customer – any individual, business, or entity subscribing to Booky.
• Service – managed WordPress website, hosting, infrastructure, maintenance, support, and related services under Booky.
• Subscription – recurring monthly service agreement.
• Launch Date – date the Customer’s website is publicly accessible.
• Add-ons – optional paid services or hardware offered separately from the standard Subscription.
